The support center of von Corrente offers professional counselling and information services. We help you to answer your questions and find solutions quickly and efficiently. Telephone counselling is available 24 hours a day.

Who can phone Corrente?Employees of companies that have a contract with Corrente. The contract includes counselling for partners and family members.
ConfidentialityThe employer will not know who has used the services. All cases will be treated with strict confidentiality. The company will receive an annual or bi-annual statistical report, which will only give anonimized data. Calles can be assured that their contact with the counsellor will be confidential. With one exception: if the life of the caller or the life of third parties is in danger, Corrente has to take action which might include a breach of confidentiality.
